Approval conditions

From 15 June 2026, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for an additional 5 children on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays provided that: a) the additional children for whom care is provided are only those children named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 5 June 2026 and with reference number APP-00059268; and b) the approved provider ensures that the children named in APP-00059268 are accommodated in the first available vacancies at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the NSW Early Learning Commission in writing within 24 hours if the children who are the subject of APP-00059268 have been placed in a vacancy or have ceased to attend the service. The condition expires on 15 December 2026. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 30 children.
