Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that the nominated supervisor or responsible person conducts an audit every two weeks to ensure that all staff employed by the service are following all of the service’s supervision and headcount procedures. A written record of each audit must be made immediately after it is conducted, including details such as the time and date of the audit, who conducted it, and the accompanying audit results. As of the 29 January 2026, the approved provider must ensure there is one additional educator working directly with children, above the minimum number of educators required under Regulation 123 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012, and that that educator is working directly only with the children aged 36 months of age or over.
