The service is approved to use 28sqm of designated space in the indoor play area as specified on the service plans submitted on 9 June 2020 as outdoor space in accordance with regulation 108(5). The approved provider must ensure that the service only provides education and care to children over preschool age. The approved provider must ensure that there are outdoor resources and experiences available at all times in 28sqm of the indoor area shown on plans dated 03/06/2020, that contributes to the educational program and outcomes for each child being educated and cared for as per Regulation 73.
