Approval conditions

The service must not engage or employ more than 10 family day care educators. The Approved Provider must engage: (a) One (1) full time coordinator for five (5) full working days per week); and (b) One (1) coordinator for three (3) full working days each week; and ensure that the coordinators are readily available for the ten (10) educators registered with the service. The Approved Provider must update the enrolment form after review by Meridian Lawyers and implement this form for all children enrolled at the service by no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of this amendment. The Approved Provider must provide a copy of this updated form within 24 hours upon request by the Regulatory Authority. The Approved Provider must provide to the Regulatory Authority, within 24 hours of a request: (a) A copy of the initial home assessment under regulation 116 of the National Regulations; and (b) A copy of the monthly home assessment; and (c) Photographs of the perimeter fence of any play space used by, or accessible to, children. The Approved Provider must provide to the Central Office of the Regulatory Authority within 24 hours of any request copies of all authorisations and risk assessments for regular outings and/or excursions undertaken by each educator.
