Approval conditions

1. The approved provider is required to continue with recruitment efforts for diploma qualified staff and must provide evidence of recruitment efforts to the Education Standards Board within six-months of the granting of this waiver. This evidence must include, but is not limited to: -outcomes of advertising and recruitment efforts -strategies implemented to attract, upskill and retain staff -progress of educators working towards a qualification 2. For the waiver for regulation 126 to apply, the service must ensure that at no time during the provision of education and care is there more than one qualified educator fewer than the number required.
