Approval conditions

In accordance with Regulation 123A(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the approved provider must employ or engage a full-time equivalent family day care co-ordinator for at least every 15 family day care educators engaged by or registered with the family day care service for the first twelve (12) months of operation. The approval is granted subject to the conditions prescribed under the Education and Care Services National Law including section 51(3) that the service must commence ongoing operation within 6 months after the approval is granted. It is a condition of this service approval that the approved provider : - must not engage or register more than 60 family day care educators with the service; and - must only engage or register educators with the family day care service who provide education and care in the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Noosa Shire Council and Gympie Regional Council local government areas.
