Approval conditions

The approved provider must only provide an education and care service of the specified kind during the following specified times: • Monday to Friday providing a kindy 3+ program between 6:30 – 15:00. • Monday to Friday providing a before school care program 6:30 – 9:00 during term time • Monday to Friday providing an after-school care program 14:45 – 18:00 during term time. • Monday to Friday providing a vacation care program 6:30 – 18:00 The approved provider must ensure that of the approved maximum number of children specified in the service approval, no more than 30 children attend the Kindy 3+ program. The approved provider must ensure that the Kindy 3+ program use the areas of indoor and outdoor play space as specified below: • The Kindy 3+ program is to have exclusive use of the enclosed veranda area and room 2 during approved session times. • The Kindy 3+ program is to only access the approved fenced area for use as their outdoor play space. The approved provider must ensure that the children enrolled in the Kindy 3+ program do not attend the Outside School Hours Care/Vacation Care programs or share the same approved spaces. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program.
