Approval conditions

Condition 1: The Approved Provider must provide professional development to the Nominated Supervisor, and all educators employed, appointed or engaged at the Service to ensure that they gain the knowledge to build their skills to enable them to positively interact with children and give each child positive guidance and encouragement towards acceptable behaviour by 31 May 2019. The Department must be provided with proof of the completion of the professional development within 7 days of completion Condition 2: The Approved Provider must Review and revise the Service’s health and safety policy and procedures by 31 May 2019 to require that when children are being educated and cared for by the service and there is only one educator at the premises that another person is immediately available to support the educator educating and caring for children and provide assistance if necessary; The Department must be provided with proof of the completion of this policy and procedure review within 7 days of completion
