Approval conditions

The approved provider must not undertake any activity during the hours of operation of the education and care service that results in the disturbance of the control measures and exposure to the underlying soil. No changes to the landscaping may be undertaken without prior approval from the Regulatory Authority. A copy of the SMP 60868 must be displayed prominently with the service approval at the front entrance to the education and care services premises. The approved provider must comply with the recommendations of section 5.2 of the Soil Management Plan number 60868 prior to children accessing the outdoor space.
