The approved provider is required to continue to advertise for a suitably qualified early childhood teacher while enrolments continue to be above 25 children, at a maximum interval of every 3 months. The approved provider is required to include the name of the service in the advertisement. The approved provider is required to provide the regulatory authority with evidence of the advertisements and information on the recruitment consideration and outcomes.
