The approved provider must ensure that at all times that children are being educated and cared for, that an additional educator above the minimum prescribed in regulation 123(1) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 is available at the premises or working directly with children to support the movement of children between levels and to ensure adequate access to toileting facilities, which are located on levels two and three.
