Approval conditions

The approved provider of the education and care service must ensure that, at all times whilst the service is providing education and care to children, the male person who, as of 23 May 2025, owned the parcel of land (known as Lot 4007 in DP 260075) upon which the service is situated, does not enter the service premises for any reason, including as an agent of the lessor. The approved provider of the education and care service must ensure that, at all times whilst the service is providing education and care to children, that no person who is subject to a prohibition notice or exclusion direction enters the service premises for any reason. The approved provider of the education and care service must notify the Commission of any works undertaken at the service premises that involve the installation of electrical equipment, including CCTV cameras. From the date the service commences operation and every six months thereafter, the approved provider of the education and care service must provide the Commission with a copy of the induction checklist for each new staff member.
