At times when the gymnasium is shared between the outside school hours program and an external program, the approved provider must ensure that there is at least 3.25 square metres of clear space in that room for each child enrolled and attending the outside school hours care program At any time that the Gymnasium becomes unavailable to the children utilising the OSHC Type 1 licence, the licence capacity will revert to the total sum of the measured capacity of rooms 18 and 2 being a capacity of 24.
