When the approved provider has the exclusive use of the Activity Room 1, Activity Room 2 and adjoining play areas as shown on the service plans, the approved provider must ensure the number of children educated and cared for at the service at any one time does not exceed a maximum of 30 children. On all days and times other than those specified in the above condition, the approved provider must ensure that the number of children being educated and cared for by the service at any one time does not exceed 20.
