Approval conditions

It is a condition of the temporary waiver that the Approved Provider must provide the Regulatory Authority with evidence of recruitment attempts by the first day of every month for the duration of the temporary waiver or until a qualified early childhood teacher is engaged at the service to meet the requirements of regulation 132(1) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations. This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, including school children.
