Approval conditions

From 29 June 2026, the approved provider must implement and maintain a structured support program for staff and leadership to strengthen governance, operational capability, and service quality. The support program must include weekly in-person visits by the approved provider for the first six months following the transfer, and fortnightly in-person visits for the subsequent six months. These visits must be conducted for the purpose of monitoring service delivery, governance, and compliance, and to provide ongoing support to staff and leadership. The approved provider must ensure key personnel undertake targeted leadership capability development activities to strengthen operational oversight and service quality. The approved provider must implement continuous quality improvement measures and provide evidence of progress upon request.
