Approval conditions

For the waiver to apply, the service must continue to access remote ECT provisions, and the nominated supervisor must continue to oversee the implementation of the educational program. The current assistant teacher (at the time of the issuing of this waiver) must maintain progress towards the newly enrolled, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, providing evidence of progression of study on request to the Regulatory Authority. All educators educating and caring for preschool-aged children must be enrolled and actively working towards at least a Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
