When the approved provider has the exclusive use of Activity Room 1, Activity Room 2 and adjoining play areas as shown on the service plans, the approved provider must ensure the number of children educated and cared for at the service at any one time does not exceed a maximum of 78 children. At all other times when the approved provider does not have exclusive use of Activity Room 1, Activity Room 2 and adjoining play areas the approved provider must ensure the number of children educated and cared for the service at any one time does not exceed a maximum of 48 children.
