The service is approved to provide education and care from an approved family day care venue loctated at 12 Killarney Street, Dulacca, Queensland, 4425. This condition was approved on 12 June 2017. 16/552065 That the Approved Provider must ensure that a maximum of 20 family day care educators are engaged by or registered with the family day care service at any one time. In accordance with section 55A of the Education and Care Services National Law, the approved provider must at a minimum employ or engage a full-time equivalent family day care co-ordinator for at least every 15 family day care educators engaged by or registered with the family day care service.
