The transportable building is to be accessed only by school age children The total number of children to be educated and cared for in the school gym is 40 children. The total number of school age children to be educated and cared for in the transportable building on the NACYS community centre site adjacent to the school is 15 children. That an agreement is in place with the preschool to ensure children have access to the preschool toilet facilities throughout the day when required. That an agreement is in place with the school and preschool to ensure children are able to access the outdoor learning environments at agreed times throughout the day.
