Approval conditions

- The risk mitigation strategies identified in the risk assessment must be fully implemented, and evidence of implementation must be maintained. - The approved provider must continue active recruitment efforts to secure a suitably qualified educator throughout the waiver period. The approved provider must ensure that educational programming is developed and overseen by the educational leader. An educational leader or diploma qualified educator must be in attendance on all days the early childhood teacher is not on site for the duration of the waiver. The approved provider must continue active recruitment efforts for a suitably qualified person and evidence of recruitment must be retained. - The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
