Approval conditions

The service must ensure that one additional educator above the minimum ratio of 1:4 is engaged and present in the Waratah Room (catering to children between 12 months and 2 years) at all times that children are being provided with education and care in the Waratah Room. The service must ensure only one educator utilises the nappy change area at a time to ensure that the minimum ratio of 1:4 is maintained in the Waratah Room at all times. The service must ensure that the barn door between the Waratah Room and the adjoining nappy change area is kept in good repair and working at all times. The service must ensure that the top section of the barn door between the Waratah Room and the adjoining nappy change area is left open at all times that children are being educated and cared for. This service is approved to provide education and care to 188 children from birth up to and including school children.
