During the service's operational hours, the approved provider must ensure there is one additional educator working directly with children, above the minimum number of educators required under Regulation 123(1) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012. The approved provider must ensure that no more than four enrolled children accompanied by one educator use the piazza area, as identified on the attached plan at any given time for the provision of education and care, including the provision of meals.
