Approval conditions

The approved provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in accordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. The approved provider must take reasonable steps to ensure that the nominated supervisor and staff members of, and volunteers at, the service follow the policy and procedure Multilevel Movement Procedure which indicates daily access to the outdoor space.
