Approval conditions

It is a condition of this service approval that the Approved Provider: - Must employ or engage at least 1 full time equivalent family day care coordinator for every 25 family day care educators engaged by, or registered with the family day care service; and - Must not engage or register more than 40 family day care educators. 1. Educator Nicole Kelso at 51 Dutton Street, Normanton, QLD is approved to educate and care for 6 children under school age. Four children must be above 2 years of age. No children to be cared for under the age of 1 year. 2. The approved provider must provide a home visit report to the Regulatory Authority after each home visit conducted with Nicole Kelso at 51 Dutton Street, Normanton, QLD. 3. No more than 7 children can be educated and cared for by Nicole Kelso, 51 Dutton Street, Normanton, QLD at any one time.
