Approval conditions

From 1 September 2025, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for an additional 6 children on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; 7 on Wednesdays; and 5 on Fridays, provided that: a) the additional children for whom care is provided is only those children named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 14 August 2025 and with reference number APP-00050411; and b) the approved provider ensures that the children named in APP-00050411 are accommodated in the first available vacancies at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the children who are the subject of APP-00050411 have been placed in a vacancy or has/have ceased to attend the service. d) the condition expires on 19 December 2025. From this time, the approved provider must not provide education and care to the additional children named in APP-00050411.
