This service is approved to provide education and care to children from children from 15 months up to and including over preschool age, not including school children The Approved Provider is required to hold and provide to the Regulatory Authority upon request, a current written document from the Brisbane City Council that consents to the sole use of the adjoining fenced outdoor play area by Peter Pan Early Learning and Kindergarten for the service’s entire operating hours. Any change in circumstances causing the Approved Provider to no longer hold consent to use the adjoining fenced outdoor play area during the service’s entire operating hours must be immediately notified to the Regulatory Authority by the Approved Provider
