Until a date determined by the Regulatory Authority, during all periods of vacation care the Nominated Supervisor must not be included in educator-to-child ratios. During this time the Nominated Supervisor will be responsible for: o Ensuring medication is administered to enrolled children in accordance with their medical administration plan. o Ensuring the medication is administered by two named persons with designated responsibility and the daily medication checklist is signed in real time.
