The approval remains in force until and will expire on 31 December 2026. The approved provider may not provide an education and care service from the premises after 31 December 2026 without prior written approval from the Regulatory Authority. The approved provider must ensure that the service approval for temporary relocation is surrendered on 31 December 2026 or prior to this date if it is no longer required.
