Approval conditions

It is a condition of the temporary waiver that the approved provider must provide evidence of attempts to recruit and retain a suitably qualified Early Childhood Teacher, to the Regulatory Authority, on the first weekday of each month. This evidence must include, but is not limited to: • strategies implemented to attract, upskill, and retain staff; • evidence of broader recruitment, such as dated advertising; and • outcomes of recruitment efforts across a range of platforms and methods. This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age. The service is not approved to provide education and care to school children.
