Approval conditions

- The “Mackillop Hall” located at St Mary’s Community of Learners may be included in calculating the area of unencumbered indoor space for the purposes of meeting Regulation 107 – Space requirements – indoor space until 30 August 2026 - The service must ensure all staff are aware of and apply risk mitigation strategies as identified in the “COL assessing the Hall while work is carried out on the rear wall of the COL” Risk Assessment. - The Mackillop Hall must include sufficient furniture, materials and developmentally appropriate equipment to ensure continued provision of the educational program.
