Approval conditions

As of 1 January 2021 the approved provider must ensure that between 6am and 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays, if it is using the Kindergarten blue and gold rooms for education and care, the number of children being educated and cared for by the service at any one time does not exceed 59. On all days and times other than those specified in the above conditions, the approved provider must ensure that the number of children being educated and cared for by the service at any one time does not exceed 23. The approved provider must not enrol children who are younger than three years of age.
