The approved provider must take reasonable steps to recruit qualified educators during the waiver period. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required. The service must not exceed daily attendances of 80 children, until a second Early Childhood Teacher or a suitably qualified person is appointed or while waiver is in force for regulation 133(1)(b).
