Approval conditions

- The service must not exceed daily attendance of 24 children while the waiver for Regulation 130 remains in force, or until an early childhood teacher is appointed. - The approved provider must ensure that educational programming is developed and overseen by a diploma-qualified educator - The approved provider must take reasonable steps to recruit an early childhood teacher during the waiver period and evidence of recruitment must be retained. - The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required. Until a date determined by the Regulatory Authority, the service may not offer education and care to more than 20 children at any time. Until a date determined by the Regulatory Authority, the service must engage a contractor to perform a monthly deep clean in all internal rooms and ensure that records of each clean are kept and made available.
