During the COVID-19 pandemic, the approved provider must ensure the service complies with the COVID-19 related advice from relevant health authorities, and adheres to relevant health measures put in place by the Australian Government, including social distancing recommendations. The approved provider must ensure that, for each child being educated and cared for by the service, the education and care service premises has at least 2.24 square metres of unencumbered indoor space.
