Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, including school children. The mirrors installed at the service are constantly maintained to ensure the facilitation of supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under Regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations. An adequate amount of healthy, live plants in a variety of species and sizes is maintained at all times, in both the actual outdoor and enclosed outdoor areas of the premise, ensuring children are afforded opportunities to explore and experience the features of a natural environment as required under Regulation 113 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations The enclosed outdoor space on level one is to be used only to provide education and care to children under 2.5 years of age and to not more than 5 children over the age of 2.5 years at any one time.
