Approval conditions

Limiting the number of children enrolled who are under 12 months of age to 20 children per day due to the rest and sleep provisions available for this age group as well the challenge and complexity of the emergency response procedures for 34 children aged under two years. The service is required to rehearse the emergency evacuation and stay in place procedures every two months with the staff, volunteers and children who are present at the service. Documented records of these rehearsals are required to be submitted to the Department every two months.
