Until 25 September 2026, the service must operate with two educators above the minimum educator-to-child ratio requirements whenever attendance exceeds 30 children. Until 25 September 2026, either the Service Director or Assistant Director must operate in a non-contact capacity for two days per week and must not be included in educator-to-child ratio calculations on those days.
