The approved provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment is placed closer than 1.9m to the perimeter fencing. The approved provider must ensure the outdoor play equipment is located in a position that complies with the (AS4685) noting particularly the correct clear fall zones for the height of each piece of equipment. The approved provider must ensure the doors leading to balconies off the hallway and kindergarten room are not opened or accessed whilst education and care is being provided to children.
