Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from 15 months up to and including school children It is a condition of the temporary waiver that the Approved Provider must provide the Regulatory Authority with evidence of recruitment attempts by the first day of every three months until a suitably qualified early childhood teacher is engaged at the service to meet the requirements of regulation 132(1)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations The Quality Improvement Action Plan will be in force for 6 months from the date of the Regulatory Authority's acceptance. The approved provider must submit a progress report to the Regulatory Authority every two months from the commencement of the Quality Improvement Action Plan.
