Must not engage or register more than 15 family day care educators with the service. Must only engage or register educators with the family day care service who provide education and care in Ipswich City Council, Somerset Regional Council and Lockyer Valley Regional Council local government areas. At a minimum employ or engage at least one full-time equivalent family day care coordinator for every 10 family day care educators engaged by or registered with the family day care service.
