Approval conditions

At all times children are using the first-floor space they must be directly supervised by an educator The approved provider is to ensure that the designated outdoor play space is used for and resourced appropriately for physical activities relevant to Element 2.1.3 of the National Quality Standard. The approved provider must ensure that the map with the designated outdoor play space is displayed next to the service approval displayed per section 172(b) of the National Law. The approved provider is to ensure that the area highlighted on the map is to be used for outdoor play space The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children over preschool age require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member.
