Approval conditions

The service is not to exceed ten educators until a time determined to be appropriate by the Regulatory Authority. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority of each educator approved to provide 24-hour care to children. Notification must be made within 7 days of each approval. The notification must include the address of the premises which 24-hour care is being provided and the risk assessment for providing 24-hour care.
