Approval conditions

The approved provider must comply with the environmental advice prepared by Atma Environmental, reference number 786 and ensure that the outdoor space is inspected in accordance with the recommendations prior to children accessing the outdoor space each day. The approved provider must ensure all instructions provided in the environmental advice prepared by Atma Environmental, reference number 786 are communicated to and enforced by educators to ensure all persons visiting the education and care service are protected. The waiver for regulation 108(2) applies while the planned works mentioned in the application are undertaken. The approved provider must ensure that all children educated and cared for by the service have safe access to outdoor space during the renovation of the outdoor space. The approved provider must ensure that all educators, staff and volunteers are made aware of the risk assessment and follow the strategies to support children accessing outdoor space. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
