3. The approved provider must not provide education and care for children under 24 months of age. 5. The approved provider must ensure that at all times when moving between approved spaces the enrolled children preschool age and under are accompanied by a contact staff member. The approved provider is to always ensure that enrolled children aged preschool age and under who require access to and from the toilet facilities, are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member. 2. The approved provider must ensure that for children of over 24 months and less than 36 months of age, regardless of children’s development for the purposes of regulation 123(7), there is a ratio of a minimum of one educator working directly with every five children of that age.
