Approval conditions

That the number of educators rostered must at a minimum correlate with the number of children under fifteen months, to assist in their safe evacuation in the case of an emergency. That ACT Fire and Rescue must attend an evacuation drill within the first three months of children being in attendance at the service and twice every year thereafter That a report including any feedback from ACT Fire and Rescue be provided to the Regulatory Authority following each emergency evacuation including drill. That an excursion policy must be approved by the Regulatory Authority and must be complied with by the service to ensure children have adequate access to a natural environment
