Approval conditions

The Approved Provider must engage a full time equivalent Nominated Supervisor based at the service, who holds an approved ACECQA diploma level or above qualification and has a minimum of three years’ experience in leadership roles within the early childhood sector, to support quality and compliance across the service. The Approved Provider must ensure that for a minimum of six hours per day, that the Nominated Supervisor or a Responsible Person must be in attendance at the service and not counted towards the educator to child ratios prescribed in regulation 123 (1) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
