Approval conditions

- The approved provider must continue active recruitment efforts to appoint suitably qualified educators and provide the Education Standards Board with evidence of its recruitment activities and an updated recruitment strategy every three months for the duration of the waiver. - Where a session is conducted by a single educator and seven (7) or more children are in attendance, the educator must hold, at a minimum, a qualification listed under regulation 137(2) as an approved qualification for second and subsequent qualified educators working with children over preschool age in South Australia. - An unqualified educator may only conduct a session where no more than six (6) children are in attendance.
