Approval conditions

The approved provider must not commence operating the service before 11 July 2022. The approved provider must: Ensure that an additional educator above ratio is engaged by the service by no later than 30 days from the date the conditions are imposed. The role of the additional educator will be to support the service to transition children and to enhance supervision practices during transition times. Provide evidence to the Regulatory Authority of the engagement of the additional staff. Provide evidence to the Regulatory Authority that the additional staff member has received induction and training in relation to supervision generally and specific supervision practices of the services particularly in relation to children transitioning.
