The Approved Provider must ensure that an additional staff member above the required ratios is engaged in the Nursery-aged room. The Approved Provider must ensure that the Nominated Supervisor, staff members and volunteers are aware of the risk assessment and follow the procedures for the adequate supervision of children in the shared Toddler-Kinder room. The Approved Provider must ensure that routines are organised to ensure each child has adequate daily access to the outdoor space, and that the Nominated Supervisor, staff members and volunteers follow the procedures with regard to children’s access to the outdoor space.
